Combine yeast sugar and water, let sit for 5 minutes. Add salt, butter, egg and 1 cup of flour and mix at a low speed for 5 minutes. Mix in the remaining flour by hand. Spoon into a muffin tin until each hole is half full. Let them rise to the top. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
