Ingredients

1 Cup All purpose flour
1 Cup Whole wheat flour
3 Cup Rolled oats (Not instant)
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 Cup Butter (Unsalted)
1 Cup White sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
2 Eggs (Large)
2 Cup Raisins or chopped dates
1/3 Cup Vanilla flavored Protein powder
1/2 Cup Chopped nuts
1/2 Cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Mix melted butter sugars and eggs, lightly beat.
  2. Mix in peanut butter, nuts, raisins and oats. Stir just to combine.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients together and mix in with the wet. Stir to combine. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb moisture.
  4. Divide in half and press firmly the mixture on two cookie sheets 9X13".
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cut into bars.
