Ingredients

3 Cup flour
2 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup cocoa
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2 TBS Vinegar
2 Cup cold water
1 Cup oil

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together in order. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350F for 30-45 min or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
  2. Serve warm, or cool completely and frost with your favorite frosting or dust with powdered sugar and serve.
