Ingredients

2 Onion, Chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Celery, chopped
2 Garlic clove, Minced
3 TBS Oil
4 lb Hamburger
16 oz Canned tomatoes
8 oz Tomato sauce
6 oz Tomato paste
12 oz Canned Pinto beans
1/2 Cup Red wine
1 1/2 Cup Water
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 TBS Sugar
2 TBS Chili powder
1 Bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Saute in oil, onions, green pepper, celery and garlic. Add hamburger, brown, drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 3-4 hours.
