Ingredients

1 Chicken cooked and cut into bite size pieces
4 Cup Potatoes, chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
1 Carrot, diced
2 Cup Chicken broth, (Use water from cooking chicken)
2 Butter, cubes
1 Cup Flour
1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place vegetables in enough water to cover them, cook until tender. Add everything else and bring the temperature up slowly.
