	1 Whole chicken, boiled and deboned
	2 Pkg Chicken Rice a roni
	2 Pint Sour Cream
	3 Can Enchilada sauce
	1 lb Cheddar cheese
	24 Flour tortillas

Cook rice as directed. Add chicken broken up in small chunks. Add sour cream. Put mixture in the center of a tortilla and roll. Top with enchilada sauce and cover with cheese. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
