Ingredients

1 Pkg German chocolate cake mix
1/2 Cup Evaporated milk
1/2 Cup Butter Melted
2 Cup Nuts, chopped
1 Pkg Chocolate Chips -small pkg
50 Light Caramels
1/3 Cup Evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Pat half mixture into a greased 9X13" pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
  2. Top with chocolate chips. Melt caramels with 1/3 cup milk, stir until smooth. Pour over chocolate chips, crumble remaining cake mixture over top. Bake 14-18 minutes.
