	6 oz Butter Scotch chips
	6 oz Semi sweet chocolate chips
	1/2 Cup Peanut butter
	4 Cup Rice Crispy Cereal
	1 TBS Water
	1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar -Sifted
	2 TBS Butter Softened

Melt butter scotch chips with peanut butter in a heavy sauce pan over low heat until well blended. Remove from heat add rice cereal until well coated. Press half into a 8X8X2 pan. Chill while preparing fudge mixture.
Combine chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter and water in a double boiler. Over medium heat stir until well blended. Spread over chilled mixture. Spread remaining cereal mixture evenly over top. Press gently chill. Remove from refrigerator about 10 minutes before cutting.
